Does the app work offline?

Yes. Once the app has loaded for the first time with an internet connection, all places, descriptions and phrases are cached locally and work without network access.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open the app, go to Settings and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

My favourites disappeared after reinstalling. Can I recover them?

Favourites are linked to your anonymous account. If you reinstalled the app, a new anonymous account was created. Unfortunately favourites cannot be recovered in this case. We recommend noting important places before reinstalling.

A place on the map is wrong or missing. How do I report it?

Please email us with the place name and correct details. We update the map regularly and your report helps keep it accurate for everyone.

Which languages is the app available in?

The app is fully available in Polish, English, German, Italian and Greek.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a refund request.
